Payment Information:

• For the quickest and easiest method of payment, we prefer Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal.
• Credit Cards are also accepted through buyer's free PayPal account.
• Sales Tax (8%) will be calculated for purchases shipped to Louisiana addresses.

Shipping Information:

• We currently ship to U.S.A. addresses only.  Sorry, we do not ship Internationally at this time.
• We ship via US Postal Service for smaller (less expensive items) and UPS for larger items.
• We offer combined shipping when more than one auction win is sent to one address.  We will try to maximize your savings on combined shipping costs wherever possible.
• We normally ship within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment.  Instant payment decreases processing time!

Returns Policy:

• New, In-Box or In-Package returns will be accepted if notified within 7 days of receipt of the item.  Item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped.
• Used and Liquidation Merchandise does not qualify for returns.  All items are described fully in listing description and buyer is responsible for understanding the nature of item being purchased.  We will not misrepresent our items and will provide full disclosure in our listing description.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Money will be refunded within 5 days of received and inspected merchandise.
